Redline reverb 1.0.4 OSX RTAS bug

Create new Stereo Aux in ProTools.
Instantiate multichannel RTAS Redline Verb.
All included presets are available from popup menu.
Recall user preset (from presets, not favourites).
Factory presets become unavailable- see attached screenshot

Workaround- go back to v1.0

No matter what I try I can't reproduce this here.  Could you explain what *exactly* you mean by Recall user preset (from presets, not favourites)?  I have a feeling the key lies somewhere there.
