Loop-Back Issue in REAPER
« on: August 09, 2009, 06:17:23 PM »
1. Insert a new track
2. Insert a media file
3. Insert Redline Equalizer in track
4. Close plug-in if it's open
5. Press play
6. Click on the plug-in in the mixer or click on FX button to show plug-in's GUI/Controls

Result: Sound loops back repeatedly for a short period of time (Burst).

NOTE: Maybe this is caused by plug-in latency but this doesn't happen with any other plug-in which introduces latency, even Nebula with 18432samples at 2048.

Confirmed & we're working with Cockos on a solution.

Perhaps you already saw this in the other Reaper thread but the current beta build fixes this issue.

Take care,
