Mikron Reverb - no license file after purchase

Hi! I hope this is the right place to ask....I purchased Mikron Reverb a few hours ago but still got no email with the license file. Do I just have to be more patient or is something wrong? I spotted a few hickups with your website where a click on the link to e.g. contact support it would lead me to an error404-site...so I'm just wondering, if my purchase maybe got lost in eternity...
