Latency Volume Bug

hi

i'm working with a macbook pro 2,33, osx.5.8, Live 8.1 and when inserting Redline EQ (euther AU or VST) on a track, the latency isn't compensated. there is an audible delay! also the volume rises by default about +3db, without any settings, or even when everything is turned off (autogain, dynamic, phaseshift).

edit: latency issue is solved with the beta, the volume issue is still there
