32-bit License Manager Missing

It was brought to our attention that the 32-bit license manager is missing in the windows installer of Mikron Delay. We will fix this in the next update. Until then, everyone who is on Windows 32-bit will need to download and install the 32-bit license manager separately.

Forgot to post it earlier, but a 32-bit installer is included in the latest version of Mikron Delay.
