112dB lo-fi beatbox?
« on: January 05, 2007, 11:17:51 PM »
After Morgana is released, are there any plans to take the next logical step and release a vintage sampling beatbox emulation in the style of the Emu SP-1200 or the Akai MPC-60? Hip-hop producers like myself would be all over that if you really got the sound down right.

Well, first things first, of course. ;)

We're not really ready to discuss future plans yet although futher vintage sampling products are a definite possibility - but Morgana is also more than capable of beatbox duties. Keep an eye out here for sound examples, a demo version, and maybe other goodies as well... ???

Nice idea.
I can never get enough of drumsynths/drumsamplers.
Something maybe a bit more verstaile than Morgana (8-12bit, etc) ?
But first i guess Morgana has to be released ;)

Real deal man.
It`ll be awesome to see something like mpc60 or sp1200 from 112db!!!
Something like NI`s Battery stuff with abilities of aM Pee Cee!
It`ll be a bomb for hiphop (or any other) industry and `ll be able to kill akai overhyped thang!
