can anyone help please?redline monitor doesnt seem 2 work

ive installed the redline monitor demo but it doesnt show up in my fx list in cbase
im using cbase sx with windows xp pro
has anyone got any idea whats wrong?id really like 2 b able 2 use this plugin
when i start cbase it shows on the fx list as its "loading  in"
but once its"loaded" and i check in my master fx section its not there
please help !
