Can't open trial! Please help!

Hi there!

First of all, I'm not very technical so I'll try and be as clear as possibly. I just downloaded the trial version and received the e-mail with two licensing files. One ends in .zip and the other in .xml. The xml file opens as a word document in code and the .zip file opens the same screen shot as on the Redline Manual. I managed to sucsessfully drag the component into "Audio Units" and .vst in to "VST Plugins"

When I tried putting the .dgm file into the RTAS Plugins this error appears:

The volume for "RTAS Plugins" cannot be found.

Insert the disk or connect to the server volume and wait for it to appear on the desktop, then try again.

Then I press okay and it says:

Then item "Redline Reverm.dpm" could not be moved because "RTAS Plugins" cannot be modified.

WHen I open the RTAS Plugins folder I get this message:

"The alias "RTAS Plugins" could not be opened because the original item cannot be found"
