Title: I see no .exe file. Can this not be used without linking it to something else?

I need something system wide that's always running controlling all audio for Win7 64bit.

It would be definitely nice to have such a version, but the plugin would have to reroute Windows audio and that is extremely tricky. We'd rather not burn our fingers on that...
